RoomMates is proud to offer same day shipping to our US customers, as well as brokerage-free shipping for Canadian orders. We pride ourselves on our quick shipping! However, because most orders ship within 36 hours, there is sometimes a very narrow window in which you can make changes to your order. If you need to change your order, please call us toll-free at (800) 236-4520, 8 AM through 6 PM EST. We cannot always process order modification requests sent to us via e-mail.

United States, Territories, & APO
RoomMates offers same day shipping on orders placed by 12:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM will ship on the next business day. This policy excludes any backordered, preordered, special order, or custom wall decals.
If you are using a PO box as your shipping address, or shipping APO, please select USPS as your shipping method. Please note that we are not currently able to provide tracking information for orders shipping via USPS.
If you are choosing two day or one day shipping for your order, please be aware that we do not offer Saturday delivery via the UPS at this time. Please factor any weekends or holidays into your expected arrival date when choosing expedited shipping options.
Please be aware that we do not recommend delivery to a hotel or other temporary residence due to possible delivery delays, losses, or complications. We can only guarantee delivery to permanent residential or business addresses at this time.
Canada
Shipments to Canada are subject to additional shipping & handling fees and 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax). Canadian orders are processed and shipped within three business days of order receipt. Brokerage fees are not charged on any shipments originating from RoomMates, but customers are still responsible for any PST (Provincial Sales Tax) charges that may be applicable to their order.
For Canadian customers who would prefer to order locally, please contact us for the location of a RoomMates retailer in your province or city, and we'll be more than happy to help.
Please note that we are not able to ship Canadian orders to PO Boxes at this time. All Canadian orders will ship via UPS.
International Customers
Because we are always expanding our distribution network overseas, and shipping globally can cost a small fortune, speaking to a retailer in your country is always much more economical for our international customers. Our international distributors can help you find a retailer in your area who may already have the items you are looking for in stock! E-mail us with your country and city, and we will send you the contact information for the distributor in your country. (The distributor will then assist you in locating our products in your area.)
Please note that, due to licensing restrictions, RoomMates cannot ship a great majority of products featuring licensed characters (found in the "Popular Characters" section of this website) overseas. If you are searching for a specific brand or character, please ask us if it is available in your country before contacting a local dealer.
Backorders and Special Orders
If a product on our website is labeled as backordered, that means we are waiting for it to be reprinted. All backorder dates are estimated, and actual arrival and delivery dates may vary. If a backordered product is included in your order, we will hold your order until it can be completed. If you would prefer not to wait on backordered products, please place two separate orders.
Products marked as special orders are ordered directly from another vendor or location, and will ship separately from the rest of your order. You will incur additional shipping costs on these items. Special orders ship within three to five business days of order receipt. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping on these items. Special orders are exempt from special shipping promotions (ex. free shipping).
While we do our best to keep customers informed of backorders or items with low inventory, sometimes our products sell so fast that it's hard to keep up! If you're concerned about an item's expected arrival date, feel free to e-mail us before placing your order. We're always happy to check on these things for you!
Custom Wall Decals
Custom wall decals are printed and shipped within 7-14 business days of order receipt. Please allow an additional five to seven days processing time for orders of ten or more. PLEASE NOTE: If your order contains both RoomMates wall decals and one or more custom items, your custom wall decal(s) will ship separately from the rest of your order. Tracking numbers will be provided at the time of each shipment.
Due to their varied production times, expedited shipping is not currently available on orders containing custom items, nor can we honor any "RUSH" requests on custom wall decals at this time.
