Answers to General Questions
• Besides wall decals, what else can I buy from RoomMates?
In addition to removable wall decals, we also offer a wide variety of wallpaper designs, XL wallpaper murals, peel and stick mirrors, and laptop skins. We also are the exclusive North American distributor for the KidsLAB line of wall décor and storage solutions. We’re more than just wall decals!
• Where are RoomMates made?
RoomMates wall decals are proudly made in the United States, except where otherwise noted. Special collections such as KidsLAB, Crearreda, and peel & stick mirrors are manufactured in their country of origin.
• Do you print custom wall decals?
Our custom wall decal studio allows anyone, regardless of design experience, to create or personalize the wall decal of their dreams. Try it out for yourself – it’s a lot of fun!
For larger runs of custom wall decals, please contact us for additional information. Minimum order quantities are required.
• Where can I buy RoomMates?
Our products are available in a wide variety of locations, including major retail chains, decorating shops, and specialty stores. If you’re located in the United States or Canada, you can use our Store Locator to find a nearby business that carries our wall decals… or you can just purchase them from this very website!
• I don’t live in the US or Canada—can I still buy RoomMates?
Yes! We are working with our international partners to offer customers a simple and easy online buying experience. If you are located outside of the US or Canada, use the country selector in the top left hand corner to pick your country. Click the arrows and you will be redirected to the appropriate international RoomMates website.
If your country is not listed, please contact us with your city and country, as well as the product(s) you’re looking for, and we’ll direct you to your local retailer or distributor for assistance.
• Can I buy items marked “US only” if I don’t live in the US?
If an item is marked “US only,” it means that we don’t have permission to sell or ship the item outside of the United States. Unfortunately, this means that you will not be able to purchase this product from us unless you reside in the US. We’re deeply sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
• Do you ever have sales or give out coupon codes?
We do occasionally offer discounts or deals for our email subscribers and Facebook fans. Sign up to receive email from RoomMates and you'll be the first one to know about any special sales or coupon codes we may offer. RoomMates emails are sent about once a month, and we think they're pretty darn fun to read. (And don't worry—we promise we won't spam you.)
