Jessica’s Supersized Scroll Tree Bedroom Decor

Comments (3)

Some of our favorite photos we’ve received from customers over the years are those that show off “off the wall” ideas for using RoomMates wall decals. When we recently received Jessica’s photos and decorating story, we thought this was the very definition of unique and unexpected! Jessica writes:

I was searching for something different […] when decorating my daughter’s room. I found the RoomMates Scroll Tree and thought that it would be beautiful in a nursery. I loved the bright colors, and the animal and flower themes. I also thought that it would be something she could grow with. […] I got to thinking about it and decided to order two and combine them and make a huge tree. I even considered buying three, but I think that would have been overkill. I loved how the tree flowed and thought it would be awesome to bring the limbs and leaves on around and make it look "full.”

As you might have guessed, Jessica chose to use two of our Scroll Tree MegaPacks in her daughter’s room. Here’s one of the photos she sent:

Scroll Tree Wall Decals

Wow! The second pack of branches, flowers, leaves, and animal friends allowed Jessica to create a taller, fuller, and much more vibrant version of the Scroll Tree. It looks like she built the first portion of the tree following our recommended assembly, then added the long branch from the second pack on the right side (it’s actually upside-down—did you catch that?) and the rest of the smaller branches up top. The extra owls are perched on the top and bottom of the tree, and the additional flowers are sprinkled throughout.

Here’s another view of the tree:

How cute are the birds and hearts on the left side? I personally love how the wall decals stand out on the pink walls, and it also seems to coordinate very well with the rest of the room – from the owl stuffed animals and bedding to the small brown rocker on the right side. As Jessica notes:

The owls on the tree were awesome, and Target carried a lot of bedding and wall decor that matched the tree perfectly. I couldn't be happier with this tree.

I’m happy just seeing these pictures! Here’s hoping that little Reese enjoys her beautiful bedroom for many years to come. Thanks so much for sharing your photos and decorating story with us, Jessica!

Hi Bones, I'll see if I can reach out to Jessica and get some info on the paint color.

Bones, Jessica emailed me back and said the color is Behr's "Petal Bloom." Hope this helps!
