How long will it take to receive my gift certificate?

You will receive your gift certificate via e-mail immediately after placing your order.

Can I send a gift certificate to a friend or family member?

Yes! Immediately after placing your order you will receive two e-mails from us, one containing your order receipt and one containing your gift certificate. The gift certificate email is attractively designed and can be either forwarded (via e-mail) to your recipient or printed.

Where can I use a RoomMates gift certificate?

RoomMates gift certificates can be used right here on the RoomMates website. Unfortunately, they can not be used in retail stores, or for orders placed on other websites.

Will my gift certificate expire if I don’t use it?

Nope. Never.

What should I do if I’ve placed my order and have not received my gift certificate e-mail?

If you have not received your gift certificate email within 15 minutes of placing your order, our e-mail may have gotten blocked by one of those pesky SPAM filters. In that case, don’t despair! Give us a call or send us an e-mail, and we’ll give you the gift certificate number. Be sure to have your order details handy so we can validate your identity.
